When you open our website, our web server automatically records information that your browser transmits:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (the page visited before)
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Date and time of the server request
- IP address (truncated, not used for identification)
This data is used for the technical operation of the website, for error analysis and for improving the website. It is not combined with other data sources or analysed for personal purposes.

04Contacting us
If you contact us by email or via the contact or booking form, the details you provide are stored so that we can process your enquiry and answer any follow‑up questions.
What data do we collect?
- Name
- Company or organisation (optional)
- Email address
- Phone number (optional, required for a phone call)
- Content of your enquiry
- Type of meeting and preferred appointment (for bookings)
What for?
We use this data exclusively to process your enquiry, to prepare and hold the initial meeting and for any subsequent business relationship.
How is it transmitted?
The form sends your details to our web server in encrypted form. The server forwards them as an email to our mailbox and does not store the enquiry itself.
To protect against automated abuse, the web server stores an irreversible hash of your IP address together with the number of enquiries sent. This entry is deleted no later than one hour after your last enquiry.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit enquiry (initiation of a contractual relationship) and on our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.
Retention period
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months, unless you have agreed to longer storage. If a contract is concluded, the statutory retention periods apply.
05Appointment bookings
If you request an appointment via our booking form, the data listed under Contacting us is sent to us by email together with the preferred appointment and the type of meeting. We confirm the appointment personally by email.
The same legal basis and retention period apply as for contacting us.
06Cookies
Our website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking services.
If we use analytics or tracking services, we will first obtain your explicit consent via a cookie banner. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
07Hosting and external service providers
Hosting
Our website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. on servers within the European Union. The provider processes the technically necessary data from section 03 on our behalf, on the basis of a data processing agreement with the EU standard contractual clauses.
Fonts, images and videos
The Inter typeface and all images and videos are stored on our own web server and loaded from there. No connection to Google Fonts or other third‑party providers is made when you visit the website.
Enquiries from the contact and booking form are sent to our mailbox via the mail server of our hosting provider. Emails that you write to us directly pass through the mail servers of our email provider.
AI models
For automated functions, we use language models from cloud providers. We make sure that no personal data is released for further processing or for training.
External links
Our website links to LinkedIn, to our client portal (portal.ait‑group.li) and to our clients' websites. Data is only transmitted to these providers when you click on such a link. The privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.
