Terms and conditions.
General terms and conditions of AIT Group. They govern the collaboration between AIT and our clients. We keep them deliberately short, clear and free of small print.
01Scope
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter «Terms») apply to all contracts for web development, systems engineering, automation and AI‑integration between AIT Group (hereinafter «Contractor») and its clients.
- Contractor
- AIT Group
Landstrasse 356
9495 Triesen
Principality of Liechtenstein - Owners
- Arian Djordjevic
Ignaz Hoch - info@ait-group.li
Deviating terms of the client are not recognised unless their validity has been expressly agreed in writing.
02Scope of services
The scope of services is set out in the written quotation and the order confirmation. These documents form part of the contract and take precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
Standard packages and delivery times
- AIT Web
- 1 to 2 weeks
- AIT System
- 2 to 4 weeks
- AIT Enterprise
- 3 to 6 months
The specific investment is stated individually for each project in the written quotation. All amounts are in Swiss francs (CHF), plus statutory VAT where applicable. No VAT is currently charged (small business exemption until the company is incorporated).
03Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded by:
- A written quotation from the Contractor
- Written acceptance by the client (email is sufficient)
On acceptance, the client expressly accepts these Terms as the basis of the contract.
04Client's obligations to cooperate
Swift project delivery requires the client's active cooperation. In particular, the client provides:
- All texts, images and content by the agreed dates
- Necessary access (hosting, domain, third‑party systems), where relevant
- A responsible contact person with decision‑making authority
- Feedback on interim results within 5 working days
Delays caused by a lack of cooperation do not count against the agreed delivery dates.
05Rights of use and ownership
On payment in full, the client receives all rights of use in the work created, including source code, designs, content and data structures.
Unless otherwise agreed, the Contractor is entitled to:
- Show the finished work in its own portfolio, on its own website and in pitch materials for reference purposes
- Name the client as a reference
- Reuse general technical solutions and components in other projects, provided they contain no confidential content or company‑specific data
Integrated open‑source components are subject to their respective licence terms and are handed over with documentation on request.
06Hosting and data protection
The Contractor recommends hosting on servers in the EU or Switzerland (default: Hostinger). Other solutions are possible by arrangement.
The client remains responsible for compliance with data protection law on its platform. The Contractor supports the client with a cookie banner, guidance on the legal notice and templates for privacy policies, and can be engaged as a technical data processor on request.
07Warranty
The Contractor performs its services professionally in accordance with the generally accepted rules of technology. Defects that occur within six months of acceptance and are attributable to the Contractor are remedied free of charge.
The following are excluded from the warranty:
- Damage caused by improper use or the client's own modifications
- Outages of external services and third‑party systems
- Force majeure
- Subsequent changes to content or structures by the client
08Liability
The Contractor has unlimited liability for intent or gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health.
In cases of simple negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, up to a maximum of the order value of the project concerned.
Liability for lost profit, indirect damage, loss of data or consequential damage is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
09Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to keep confidential information of the other party secret. This obligation applies for an unlimited period beyond the end of the contract.
At the client's request, a separate non‑disclosure agreement (NDA) is concluded.
10Termination
Before the project starts
Before the project starts, the contract can be cancelled at any time free of charge.
After the project has started
If the client terminates, the work performed up to that point must be paid for, but at least the deposit.
If the Contractor terminates, for example in the event of a lasting loss of trust or a breach of the obligations to cooperate, payments already made are refunded pro rata.
11Changes
The Contractor may amend these Terms. Existing contracts are not affected by changes. The version current at the time the contract was concluded applies in each case.
12Final provisions
Applicable law
The law of the Principality of Liechtenstein applies, excluding its conflict‑of‑laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Place of jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Vaduz, Liechtenstein, to the extent permitted by law.
Severability clause
Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its economic purpose.
Written form
Amendments and additions to this contract must be made in writing (email is sufficient). This also applies to any waiver of this written form clause.
